  • Complete individual application online, or print and complete the PDF application
    • Ask group members to complete an individual application
    • Online application sent immediately; printable PDF application submitted to Diversity and Inclusion in Carrington Hall, 302
  • Download the ERG start-up kit
Step 3
  • Send completed copies of start-up documents to Diversity and Inclusion for recording and distribution to Human Resources
  • ERG will be posted to the DDI website
  • Employee's application will be forwarded to Human Resources for the employee file
Step 4
  • ERG begins meeting
Step 5
  • ERG chair attends monthly meetings with ERG super sponsor
